Membership Terms & Services

Membership Overview

All memberships begin with a 3-month minimum commitment, followed by a month-to-month renewal. Your membership includes one service credit per month, which can be used for select treatments. Pre-authorized credit or debit card payment is required.

Billing & Auto-Renewal
Memberships are billed monthly via Electronic Funds Transfer using the card you have authorized. Your membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled in writing. Annual price increases may apply; members will receive 30 days’ notice before any increase.

Updating Payment Information
It is your responsibility to keep payment information current. If your card is declined or expired, all past due membership fees must be paid before booking future services. Appointments cannot be scheduled until your membership is brought current.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time after the initial 3-month commitment. A written 30-day notice is required prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges. No refunds will be issued for charges that have already been processed.

Credit Rollover & Expiration
Unused session credits roll over and expire after 90 days.

Freezes & Holds
Memberships may be frozen for 30 to 90 days for qualifying reasons (e.g., medical leave, pregnancy, military duty). You must be a member for at least 30 days and have completed one billing cycle before requesting a freeze. During a freeze, you will not be billed, and you may not use membership services. A written request is required or emailed to bloomandbodymassage@gmail.com

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
Memberships and service credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Membership payments—monthly or paid-in-full—are non-refundable.

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
Missed appointments or cancellations without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of your monthly credit. Please review our Spa Policies for full details.

Membership Benefits
Founding members receive one session per month at a reduced rate, 90-day credit rollover, priority scheduling, one rotating complimentary add-on/month, brief nervous system check-in during sessions, and founding members lock in their rate until January 31, 2026.

Legal Notice & Acknowledgment
By enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. You release Bloom and Body Massage and Monica Winders, LMT, from liability related to treatments and assume full responsibility for your own well-being.
